Frankenstein gets a grim update in the trailer for Laura Moss' psychological horror birth/rebirth, which sees a mother trying to track down her daughter's body after she dies in hospital — only to find a morgue technician has stolen her corpse for a grim experiment.

Scrubs star Judy Reyes plays bereaved maternity nurse Celie while Marin Ireland plays Rose, the creepy pathologist determined to bring the girl back to life.
