LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Alec Baldwin, who rose to fame in the 1990s with films like ‘Beetlejuice’, has been known to lose his temper which got him the tag of ‘Angry Alec' in the tabloid press. In one incident, which took place on November 2, 2018, he was charged with both misdemeanor attempted assault and harassment for allegedly punching someone.

While someone else was saving a parking space for Alec, another car pulled into the spot. Alec's statement to the arresting officers was, "He claimed my spot. I did push him," as per ABC News. The reported victim claimed that Alec "[struck him] across the left side of [his] face with [a] closed right hand, resulting in pain to [his] face." However, he is just not restricted to anger issues but has been known to have had his fair share of scandals including a voicemail directed at his daughter Ireland calling her "pig" when she was just 11.

'Rude, thoughtless little pig'

Ireland apparently didn't pick up Alec's scheduled phone call, prompting the actor to call her a "rude, thoughtless little pig" in 2007, as per People. He said she needed her "a-- straightened out" and "she humiliated [him] for the last time." The actor and his ex-wife, Kim Basinger, were reportedly in a custody battle at the time. He later apologized saying, "I'm sorry, as everyone who knows me is aware, for losing my temper with my child. I have been driven to the edge by parental alienation for many years now. You have to go through this to understand. (Although I hope you never do.) I am sorry for what happened," according to Daily Mail.

Filmed sex scene with an underage co-star

Alec got into a public fight with 'House of Cards and Fifty Shades of Grey' producer Dana Brunetti over his co-star, Nikki Reed. The producer claimed that Alec knew that his co-star was underage when he filmed a sex scene with her in a 2006 indie film. However, Alec said he never knew that Nikki was 16 years. Alec in his memoir, 'Nevertheless,' said, "I was forty-seven, and it never occurred to me to ask how old Nikki Reed was. When I found out, just as we finished, that she was seventeen, I flipped out on the producers, who had told me something different," as per The Wrap.

Removal from American Airlines Flight

In 2011, Alec was removed from an American Airlines flight at Los Angeles International Airport after he refused to turn off his cell phone when crew members asked him to. Alec took to Twitter and wrote, "Flight attendant on American reamed me out 4 playing Words With Friends while we sat at the gate, not moving." Alec's spokesman, Matthew Hiltzik told at that time, "He loves 'Words with Friends' so much that he was willing to leave a plane for it," as per The Guardian.

Hurled 'anti-gay epithet'

In a video posted on TMZ in 2013, Alec went after two paparazzi saying they were too close to his wife and child and called one "c**k sucking f*g." He later said, in a now-deleted tweet that he said "fat head," and added, "Anti-gay slurs are wrong. They not only offend, but threaten hard fought tolerance of LGBT rights. [Rich Ferraro] from @GLAAD informs me that c'sucker is an anti-gay epithet. In which case I apologize and will retire it from my vocabulary," reported Fox News.

Yelled at young waitress after losing his temper at event

Alec lost his temper and yelled at a waitress as he attended the 2023 PEN America Spring Literary Gala in New York on May 18, 2023. Alec left the waitress "shocked and upset," an onlooker told Page Six. The source said, “Then, when she could pass, she started putting plates on the table. I’m guessing he felt it was rude of her to start putting plates down while he was standing there."
