Andrew Tate and Elon Musk have backed Russell Brand despite the rape allegations

BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Several women have accused comedian and actor Russell Brand of rape and sexual assault, but despite the graphic details of the women's accounts, Brand is receiving support from Andrew Tate and Elon Musk.

Andrew Tate was the first to bring up his friendship with Brand.

The former kickboxer, who also faced allegations of rape, human trafficking, and organizing a gang with the purpose of sexually exploiting women in July 2023 tweeted to show Brand his support.

Andrew Tate and Elon Musk backs Russell Brand

Russell Brand claimed he was the target of a "coordinated media attack" due to his criticism of the media from a right-wing perspective.

Following the shocking report, a few celebrities have backed Brand on Twitter.

Tate wrote on Twitter, "Welcome to the club @rustyrockets" with a meme that read 'On my way to fight the crazy b**ch allegations."'

Elon Musk responded to a video Brand released before the charges were made public in 2022, the same year he was accused of sexual assault.

Musk commented on the video, "Of course. They don't like competition."

Last year, Musk faced allegations that he "exposed himself" to a flight attendant back in 2016.

His firm is said to have paid the lady $250,000 to settle her claim.

Russel Brand faced multiple rape allegations over the years

According to The Sunday Times, English comedian and actor Russell Brand has been charged with "rape, sexual assault, and emotional abuse."

He has been charged with raping and assaulting four women sexually between the years of 2006 and 2013.

At the time of the occurrence, one of the women was only 16 years old.

The British comic, who first rose to stardom as a host on "MTV U.K.," has appeared in Hollywood productions like "Get Him to the Greek" and "Forgetting Sarah Marshall."

Between 2010 and 2012, he was also married to singer Katy Perry.

According to reports, one alleged victim claimed that Russel Brand assaulted her when she was 16 years old in an "emotionally and sexually abusive" relationship that lasted for three months.

The victim also claimed that the comedian would send a car to pick her up from school and bring her to his residence.

Although he had a "promiscuous" background, the 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' actor added that all of his relationships "were absolutely always consensual."

Russell Brand denied all allegations against him

Brand denied allegations of sexual assault over seven years, including a 16-year-old girl he referred to as "the child," in a video claiming consensual relationships and coordinated media attacks on vaccination conspiracy theories, similar to podcaster Joe Rogan.

Russell Brand acknowledged the existence of "very, very serious criminal allegations" brought against him in the opening of his video statement, which he "absolutely refutes."

He claimed to have received two "extremely disturbing letters" from a "mainstream media TV company" and a newspaper, citing what he called "a litany of extremely egregious and aggressive attacks which are untrue," he stated on his YouTube channel.

Brand stated, "These allegations pertain to the time when I was working in the mainstream, when I was in the newspapers all the time when I was in the movies. And as I've written about extensively in my books, I was very, very promiscuous."

The comedian added that he had "always consensual" in his relationships during that time and that he had been open and honest about his deeds. As he said, "And to see that transparency metastasized into something criminal that I absolutely deny makes me question, is there another agenda at play?"

"In the meantime, I want you to stay close, stay awake, but more importantly than any of that - if you can, please - stay free," the actor from "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" pleaded to his viewers as he ended his video, a statement he frequently repeats to wrap up his films on his channel.

Perry and Brand married in October 2010, but around 14 months later, he filed for divorce. According to Hello Magazine, he allegedly sent the vocalist of "Dark Horse" a text message informing her of their divorce.
