Andrew Tate challenged the Romanian anti-organized crime agency DIICOT over serious charges related to TikTok funds

BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Andrew Tate, the misogynistic online persona, resorted once more to the platform 'X' to directly challenge the Romanian anti-organized crime agency, DIICOT, regarding the serious charges related to TikTok funds brought against him and his brother, Tristan Tate.

The legal dispute concerning the Tate siblings has attracted substantial public interest, primarily due to the gravity of the allegations they face, including charges related to human trafficking and participation in an organized crime group.

In a previous incident, Andrew Tate had publicly voiced his disapproval of DIICOT's seizure of a range of assets, encompassing his vehicles and his brother's prized watch collection.

Andrew Tate calls out DIICOT for the TikTok money extortion charge against him

In a recent update on the platform 'X,' Andrew posted a picture of himself and Tristan inside the Bucharest Court of Appeal, where they attended their ongoing trial.

In his post, Andrew highlighted the accusations leveled against him and his brother, asserting that they are charged with extorting income from the girls they allegedly controlled.

According to the allegations, these girls earned this income by being coerced into generating content on TikTok under Tates' direction.

Andrew went on to express his disbelief in these charges, asserting that he is already financially well-off and has no need to engage in such activities.

He strongly questioned the rationale behind imprisonment for what he views as a baseless accusation, deeming it meaningless and unwarranted.

Andrew wrote, "Jail? For TikTok? I don’t believe you."

One user wrote, "They gotta get you on something. You are too squeaky clean so things need to be made up." Another user wrote, "Where are the victims? Nowhere to be found."

A user stated, "Worse allegation ever for a Billionaire." A user commented, "TikTok makes pennies anyway😂Why is a multimillionaire interested in meager pennies..."
