BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Andrew Tate has gained fame because of his provocative social media posts and management of a business community oriented towards men. However, before becoming a misogynist and internet sensation, Andrew Tate was a professional kickboxer. He is still in excellent physical shape despite being under house arrest. Due to allegations of sex trafficking, Andrew Tate was incarcerated in a Romanian prison with his brother Tristan Tate.

For those who don't know, his business is to "coach" young men who aspire to lead lives similar to Tate's. They don't appear to be concerned about his activities or potential crimes; in fact, many of them actively protect him against criticism. With his workout, the disgraced influencer is attempting to make the most of his imprisonment. Let's find out what he eats and how often he exercises.

Andrew Tate's workout routine

In a tweet posted by Tate on February 23, 2023 from prison cell, the former kickboxer said he did 500 squats and 500 press-ups a day. Tate also said he walks 10km around his tiny cell as he has "extremely limited freedom of action". Not only this but he also practices his tiger paw technique. Meanwhile, in yet another rant sent to his followers on Twitter, he claimed he received "thousands of letters" in custody each day. On Twitter he wrote, "I am in a cell. I have extremely limited freedom of action. Every single day, I do 500 squats. 500 push-ups. Practice my tiger paw technique. Walk 10km. Write and complete lessons for the students inside The Real World. Read and respond to 100s of letters."

About Tate's 'crap' diet

In a video blog with Mike Thurston, Andrew Tate referred to his diet as "crap". Tate does, however, suggest reducing carbohydrates and staying away from added sugar. Tate said, “You’ll be OK if you eliminate sugar from your diet and consume everything else,” adding that he only eats once a day, drinks alcohol, and smokes cigars. “I sometimes post photographs on Instagram when I appear in fantastic form. I suppose I am in incredible form. People often ask me, 'Wow, how do you prepare your meals?' And I said, 'Bro, meal preparation, KFC. My diet is not very good. But I believe it is because I worked out so hard when I was younger. You create a foundation and can’t lose it if you’re not an idiot.”

Earlier, in April this year, Andrew's first video since his release went viral. He appeared to be more muscular than usual in the video. He was observed pacing back and forth while smoking. The 36-year-old also had a full head of hair, a marked departure from his usual bald appearance.

Earlier, before the video went viral Tate also disclosed that he shielded his food from a variety of insects in prison. "My food comes at 8 am, noon, and 5pm," he tweeted, "I have a plastic bag I use to try and protect the food from insects and ants I spend my entire day destroying the flies and ants who get close to the meal In accordance w/ Ramadan When the sun goes down, I eat the stone cold food in my cell by myself."

However, looking at the video, fans flooded Twitter with their opinions. A user wrote, “How did bro get bigger eating ants”. The second user wrote, "'Bald by choice' he's such a fraud.” The third user wrote, “He's just doing what he was doing in prison but with a cigar.”

Additionally, he included white rice, kidney beans, and inexpensive frozen peas in his diet. Andrew remarked in 'The Fellas' podcast that he despises breakfast and never eats it. "Breakfast, in my opinion, is the worst thing that has ever happened to humanity. You will devour a lot of food you don’t have to hunt for when you wake up.” Tate ultimately revealed that he had previously tried a carnivorous diet in a video of him operating a vehicle. He insisted that going on a meat-only diet caused him to lose body fat, and his six-pack did actually appear.
