An Apex Legends leak has perhaps revealed the next weapon that Respawn Entertainment is cooking up for its players.
Considering that the last weapon added to Apex was the C.A.R. SMG in Season 11, it wouldn't be all that surprising to hear that Respawn is looking to expand its pool of firearms once again.
What is fairly interesting, however, is that this leak seems to suggest that not only is another piece of gear from Titanfall potentially making its over to Apex, but the item in question is the Archer — an anti-Titan lock-on rocket launcher.
News of the potential addition was published on Oct. 3 by prominent Apex Legends leaker KralRindo, who mentioned that although they don't think it will ever officially be released in-game, the Archer was indeed added to the battle royale's game files with the Beast of Prey Collection Event.
Ultimately, considering the fact that the Archer is a rocket launcher designed to take down Titans, this only adds further fuel to the fire regarding rumors that Titans could one day be added to Apex. One leak, in particular, has long speculated that an upcoming legend will have the ability to call down an auto-sentry Titan that suppresses its immediate area.
It's also worth noting, however, that the Archer could simply be another LTM-exclusive weapon that doesn't impact the game's base modes at all.
Back in September, another leak seemingly confirmed that Apex Legends will be getting a new map with the launch of Season 15.
