LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Following their divorce settlement, Armie Hammer and his ex-wife, Elizabeth Chambers, have reached an agreement regarding the custody of their two children. Court documents read that the former couple will "share joint legal custody" and have made a pact not to give their children candy while in their care.

The documents also outline the division of assets, with Hammer retaining all royalties and residuals from his acting career, including his last film, 2022's 'Death on the Nile'. Additionally, Hammer will get to keep his GMC Denali vehicle and life insurance policy. However, the court has ordered him to repay a loan of "$285,000 plus applicable interest" to Chambers' mother.

Who are Armie Hammer and Elizabeth Chambers' children?

Hammer and Chambers have recently finalized their divorce settlement after a turbulent relationship. The former couple share two children, eight-year-old Harper and six-year-old Ford Douglas Amand. In an Instagram Q&A, Chambers hinted at being in a new relationship. “They don’t know he’s my BF,” Chambers wrote in an Instagram Q&A in January, adding, “Over the past two and a half years, my main (and only) priority has been to mitigate trauma and protect my kids at all costs.”

The TV personality added that she did not find it “helpful, productive, or necessary,” for Harper and Ford to meet Ricardas Kazinec while they were “emotionally processing” their parents’ divorce. The custody agreement emphasizes on the importance to "confer in advance and in good faith on matters having to do with the education, educational placement, religious training, medical treatment, and other aspects of the health and welfare."

Armie Hammer and Elizabeth Chambers' custody agreement

The agreement stated that "either Party shall publish, cause to be published, or consent to the publication of any photographs or personal information of the Minor Children in magazines, newspapers, television, radio, or other media, without providing the other Party with reasonable advance notice of the intended publication."

"This provision is intended to apply to formal publications and interviews, and is not intended to restrict either Party from casually speaking about the Minor Children, such as during a red carpet interview or other unscheduled interaction regarding which advance notice to the other Party would not be feasible," the documents read, according to The Blast. Regarding social media, the agreement allows photos of the children but imposes certain restrictions.

Location tagging is prohibited, as well as any physical landmarks that could reveal their whereabouts. The agreement also forbids posting photos featuring the children's schools' logos or names. Both Hammer and Chambers plan to return to Los Angeles and will participate in co-parenting counseling sessions.

"Neither Party shall make, nor knowingly allow anyone else to make, any negative, disparaging or derogatory comments about the other Party in the presence of or within earshot of the Minor Children and each party shall remove the Minor Children immediately from any third party doing so," the agreement further stated, adding, "This shall include, but not be limited to, family members, friends, or any other third parties in the presence of or within earshot of the Minor Children."

"Neither party is permitted to smoke cigarettes in front of the children, and both are expected to refrain from giving them candy during visits. Introducing new romantic partners to the children requires permission from the other parent and a minimum of six months of exclusive dating," the document added. This clause aimed to ensure the well-being and stability of the children as they navigate their parents' post-divorce lives.
