LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Danny Masterson, who has been convicted of rape, will not be housed with the general population at the LA County Men's Central Jail while he awaits sentencing. Instead, for his safety, he is being held in "administrative segregation", the same area where high-profile inmates have been kept in the past, according to law enforcement sources.

Following his recent trial in Los Angeles, Masterson's living conditions in jail have been revealed. Although his cell does not have a television, he will have access to books from the jail's library. Additionally, he will be allowed out of his cell for two hours each day to spend time in the day room, where he can use a phone and watch TV.

According to our sources, it has been reported that Danny Masterson is currently housed in the same correctional facility where notable inmates such as Suge Knight and OJ Simpson have previously been held. Masterson will also have three hours a week allocated for recreation, and he can shower every other day, except when he is scheduled to appear in court, in which case he can shower daily. His next court appearance is scheduled for August 4th.

Three counts of rape charges

According to the case, Danny (47) was found guilty of forcefully raping three women in his hometown, Hollywood Hills, in 2001 and 2003. One of the women, who testified against him, stated that in 2003, Danny provided them with drinks and took advantage of their intoxicated state to commit violent acts of rape.

These women were known to Danny through their involvement in the Church community. However, the jury did not reach a verdict on the third count of rape, which involved allegations of Danny raping his longtime girlfriend. The third woman was also a member of the Church.

Next date up for sentencing

The sentencing for Danny Masterson is scheduled for August 4, where he is expected to receive a 30-year prison term. In a statement, one of the victims expressed a mix of emotions, including relief, exhaustion, strength, and sadness, knowing that Danny Masterson will face consequences for his criminal actions.

Although the spokesperson for Danny Masterson did not comment, it is likely that his attorneys will appeal the verdict during the upcoming hearing on August 4. Danny Masterson gained recognition through his role as Steven Hyde in the popular TV series 'That '70s Show'.
