The internet erupted with diverse reactions when Adin Ross confronted a scammer who attempted to purchase a TV using his personal information

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The controversial Kick streamer, Adin Ross is in the news again! This time it's all because of a scam that went wrong during his live stream. After attempting to purchase a TV with the stolen money and personal information, the scammer was escorted out of the store.

When store staff saw what was going on, the swindle worsened, and the scammer made a hasty retreat to his car before speeding away.

What really happened with Ross?

A video was posted by @AdinUpdatess on Twitter, that said, "Scammer Punchmadedev attempted to buy a TV using Adin Ross’s info and got caught…" It's evident from the stream that when the scammer started streaming, he taunted Adin Ross over losing money to the scam, saying that “Adin is going to donate me a TV.” Ross then questioned the fraudster about how he acquired the money and inquired whether he had access to his PayPal, but the thief merely offered a vague "yeah, something like that" in response. However, the con was exposed when the scammer's audio feed stopped working. The scammer was addressed by store employees in the video before he started escaping with the TV. The fraudster was last heard from saying to Adin, "I'm going to have to call you back," as he got back into his car and raced off. It appears from this that the swindle didn't go well for him in the end.
