This comes after Bruce Springsteen canceled the remainder of his September shows and announced that he was dealing with peptic ulcer disease

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Bruce Springsteen is back! The legendary singer and the E Street Bank have announced their rescheduled tour dates after canceling the current one.

‘Glory Days’ crooner will now be resuming his tour in March 2024 after canceling in mid due to health issues.

However, the replacement dates for the postponed concerts scheduled for 2024 have been released by Springsteen's camp.

The additional dates are split into two groups: a month-long swing from mid-March to mid-April, then a second month's worth of performances from mid-August to mid-September.

All of Springsteen's postponed US dates are included in this release of events. The notice states that he will announce the makeup dates for the Canadian shows, which were also just postponed, next week. He has not yet done so.

Springsteen took to his Instagram to post the date list, which begins from March 19, Phoenix to September 13, Baltimore.

He further informed fans, “All tickets for the postponed performances remain valid for the newly announced dates."

The post continued, "Information about each individual show, including details regarding refunds, is available through the official ticketing company for the specific date.”

“Rescheduled dates for Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band's shows in Canada will be announced next week, all taking place in 2024 at their originally scheduled venues,” it read.

When did Bruce Springsteen cancel his show?

Earlier this year, Springsteen, 74, abruptly canceled his shows in Philadelphia citing illness.

Last month he canceled the remainder of his September shows and announced that he was dealing with peptic ulcer disease, a condition where sores line the stomach area, sometimes causing stomach pains and other symptoms.

On Wednesday, September 27, the singer posted on his social media, "Bruce Springsteen has continued to recover steadily from peptic ulcer disease over the past few weeks and will continue treatment through the rest of the year on doctor's advice."

"With this in mind, and out of an abundance of caution, all remaining 2023 tour dates for Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band will be postponed until 2024," he updated.

Springsteen had shared that "rescheduled dates for each of the 2023 shows, including those postponed earlier this month, will be announced next week, all taking place at their originally scheduled venues."

As per the statement, "When the new 2024 dates are announced, those unable to attend on the new date who purchased their tickets through official ticketing companies have 30 days to request a refund. All tickets for postponed performances will remain valid for the newly announced dates."

He further added, "Thanks to all my friends and fans for your good wishes, encouragement, and support. I'm on the mend and can't wait to see you all next year.”

Fans were cheerful at the announcement on Saturday, “The Boss will be back,” said one. Another made a comment, "I started hyperventilating looking for Calgary but then I saw the note at the bottom about the Canadian dates."

"Waiting patiently for Bruce to prioritize his health… Thank you! 🎶❤️‍🩹🎶" a concerned fan said. One more fan inquired about his current health situation, "Most important question that comes to mind now is : does this mean the Boss is feeling better ?"
