Andrew Tate has been charged with sexual assault and human trafficking charges

BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: A Romanian judge recently ruled for an additional 30-day extension to Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate's house arrest. They faced serious accusations of sexual assault, human trafficking, and participation in organized crime. Despite the allegations, the former kickboxer Andrew, accompanied by his brother Tristan, consistently proclaimed their innocence and professed their fondness for the country throughout the legal proceedings.

The internet personalities, known for their contentious online presence, had already been placed under house arrest upon their release from jail in March. Throughout the legal process, the former kickboxer, Andrew Tate, along with his brother Tristan, stood firm in denying the accusations and expressed their affection for the country, maintaining their innocence.

'I have not been free'

The ongoing investigation into Andrew and his brother Tristan has resulted in an extension of Andrew's house arrest. The decision to prolong his confinement is attributed to the need for further investigation and checks. Andrew, also known as 'Cobra,' believes that he is a target of the establishment, which he refers to as 'The Matrix.'

Expressing his views on Twitter, Andrew highlighted the timing of his charges, which conveniently occurred on the 176th day, the "legal limit" for detention without formal charges. This led to the extension of his house arrest, effectively prolonging his captivity. Andrew shared his frustration with the situation, shedding light on his case's circumstances.

Andrew wrote, "After 176 days of imprisonment, both in the dungeron and in my home - the legal limit of holding a man without charge expired. They instantly charged me - and asked the judge to extend house arrest. The judge has agreed this morning. I remain locked in my house. I have not been free since December of last year."

'I am batman'

In a peculiar video rant shared online, Andrew proclaimed himself as 'the Batman' and a 'hero' just before his house arrest was prolonged. Andrew took to Twitter to post a three-minute rant, with an extended version available on the video platform Rumble. Standing beside a fire pit at the villa where he and his brother are currently held under house arrest, Andrew delivered a speech while donning swimming trunks. In his address, he identified himself as 'Batman' and asserted that he is the heroic figure in everyone's life, emphasizing the imminent 'return of The Top G'.

Andrew stated, "A lot of people are asking me how I feel. It's a good question. It's particularly a good question because I am the hero in everybody's lives. Anybody who knows me when anything goes wrong, they call me. I am the hero. I am the Batman!" Andrew further said his close associates assured him he'll be fine because he is Top G. He further stated, "But if anyone can defeat this matrix attack, it will be the top G. I think he stands the best possible chance in escaping this matrix."

Despite being embroiled in the investigation, the misogynistic influencer remained steadfast in proclaiming his innocence to his 6.9 million followers. In a message to his online audience, he asserted that he was facing a relentless assault, describing it as a 'level 10 matrix attack' aimed at his destruction, all without any substantiating evidence.

'Just escape that country'

After the announcement regarding Andrew's extended house arrest and his subsequent response, numerous individuals flocked to Twitter to voice their opinions on the matter. One user wrote, "And to think, all this happened because you had to start a fight with Greta Thunberg." Another user wrote, "At this point bro you gotta just escape that country. They aren’t ever gonna let you go which is sad and shows how corrupted they are." A user stated, "This is Joe Biden’s fault."
