LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kanye West's candid remarks about Cardi B have surfaced in leaked footage from an unreleased 2018 documentary.
In these videos, Kanye delves into various topics, such as giving away songs, the concept of industry plants, references to the Illuminati, and more.
Cardi B as 'industry plant' and Corey Gamble's CIA connection
In one of the videos, we find the iconic Chicago artist casually seated on a couch, perusing a magazine while sharing his thoughts on Corey Gamble's alleged connection to the CIA.
He then goes on to assert that Cardi B is an "industry plant" strategically positioned to replace Nicki Minaj.
According to Kanye, "Cardi B is a plant by the Illuminati," Ye said. "She don't write her raps. She just there to sound as ignorant as possible and then make songs like, 'fuck them and get some money.'"
He then added, "She has literally replaced Nicki Minaj... they put her there ... purposely. Now she doesn't know what to do, and she has no idea what the fuck is going on."
He then said, "She thinks it's just a blessing from the universe. It ain't no blessing from the universe."
However, it's important to remember that people can change. Shortly after these leaked videos surfaced, Cardi B shared an interview from 2022, where Kanye expressed his admiration for her and his belief in her talent.
Following this, Kanye and Cardi collaborated on the 2022 single 'Hot Shit' with Lil Durk.
Kanye's bold revelations and his quest for independence
In another leaked video, Kanye is engaged in a phone conversation with Scooter Braun, expressing his desire to distance himself from "this G.O.O.D. Music situation."
The Donda rapper states his intention to dissolve his record label because he believes he's exceptionally talented. He questions why he gave Pusha T the album "Daytona" and Teyana Taylor "KTSE."
He also criticizes Nas for his off-beat delivery on 'Cops Shot the Kid', a track from their collaborative effort, 'NASIR'.
Kanye vents, saying "The fuck I'm doing giving 'Wanna Love You' to f**k*ng Teyana? What the fuck am I doing giving that Daytona album to Pusha? What the f**k I'm doing bro?," said Kanye. "That shit was three Dark Fantasies that I gave away. 'Cops Shot the Kid,' Nas rapping all god damned offbeat on it and don't even want to shoot a video. Then shoot the video and don't even tell me."
He adds, "These mu****ckers don't appreciate me. These mu****ckers are trying to use me. I'm the greatest mu****ckers artist living, and I can do everything."
Kanye also expresses his desire to create his own music festival instead of performing at existing ones.
He asserts that he's achieved everything he set out to do, even if others doubted him. He acknowledges the potential dangers of his statements but asserts that he won't meet the same fate as XXXTENTACION, who was known for speaking out against the music industry.
Kanye concludes, "I know my life is on the line when I'm talking, but I know ain't nobody going to touch me because I'm too high profile. I'm not [XXXTENTACION], so y'all can't take me out," he continued.
"But I bet you I get off my mu****ckers publishing, I bet you I get my mu****ckers festival, and I bet you I get off of Universal, and I bet you all I won't talk to Adidas again."
The leaked footage is just one part of a series of leaks that have surfaced in recent weeks. Most of these leaks include snippets of unreleased songs, unseen music videos, and other exclusive content.
