'It’s amazing. It’s the best feeling in the world. I’m so excited and so at ease all at once,' Margaret Qualley

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Margaret Qualley refers to her musician husband Jack Antonoff as ‘my person’ and is on cloud nine after the two tied the knot in August.

The wedding was attended by A-listers from the industry, including Taylor Swift, Channing Tatum, and Zoe Kravitz.

Talking to Harper’s Bazaar, the 28-year-old said, “I am so happy that I found my person. And it’s real. It’s amazing. It’s the best feeling in the world. I’m so excited and so at ease all at once.”

The ‘Maid’ actress shared that before her wedding to Antonoff, her room was furnitureless.

Margaret Qualley only cares about acting!

Margaret Qualley revealed during her interview that she hardly had any furniture in her home before her marriage.

“I would always have these shitty little apartments and move around from one place to another with a mattress on the floor and an Ikea lamp. I never made a home at all. I didn’t care,” she explains.

“I cared about movies. I would use my sister’s basement in L.A. as a spot to keep my things. But I didn’t invest in that part of my life," she continued.

‘The Nice Guys’ star further talked about how much she’s looking forward to creating a new space with her partner. “It’s really exciting now to be making a home and to have something to care for,” she said.

“I just want to do everything with Jack,” she told the outlet, adding “One day I want kids, and I’m not there yet, and I want to keep doing movies. And that’s about all I know.”

Antonoff and Qualley exchanged vows on Long Beach Island in New Jersey in the presence of her mother Andie MacDowell and sister Rainey Qualley.

“They looked like they were having an amazing time," a source told People.

Who is directing 'Drive-Away Dolls?'

Qualley’s upcoming film 'Drive-Away Dolls' was earlier scheduled to release this fall but due to the actors’ strike intervened is has been moved to 2024.

The movie is based on a road trip which will be Ethan Coen, of the Coen brothers filmmaking duo’s solo directorial debut as well.

The talented filmmaker co-wrote the script with his wife, Tricia Cooke, and contains a plot twist that might be the reason it will never go on broadcast TV.

The other cast members in 'Drive-Away Dolls' include Beanie Feldstein, Geraldine Viswanathan, Matt Damon, Pedro Pascal, and Annie Gonzalez.

Yorgos Lanthimos, the Academy Award–nominated director, who has worked with Margaret lauded her acting skills. “She’s willing to try things without questioning anything, and she loves to explore," Lanthimos said.

“I also like the fact that she doesn’t take herself too seriously. It’s the only way to achieve more profound work, I think," Lanthimos added.
