NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Morning Joe’ host Mika Brzezinski created a community for women, ‘Know Your Value', which has helped and inspired several women across the globe, as Brzezinski continues to spread positivity.

Brzezinski’s latest post on Instagram on ‘Know Your Value’s official page has resonated with many of her followers as they thanked and applauded her for the same. Brzezinski’s post is all about putting yourself first, as she helps everyone navigate through the process of doing so.

Brzezinski puts herself first

In her Instagram post, Brzezinski wore a Florida Gators jersey as she posed in front of the camera. Her caption read, “Stop over functioning – do LESS and put yourself first!🌟Who is your #1? YOU ARE!!!! You are… repeat after me….. #1 And why not? How can you take care of anyone else or get value back in any relationship if you don’t value yourself first?”

Brzezinski continued, “Often that means putting yourself first. I think we see it as a weakness, or feel guilty about putting ourselves first, and I say, turn that frown upside down!!! You take care of YOU!!!! "

"👇🏻Self-care, Sleep, Nutrition, Fulfillment, Happiness, Exercise. I’ve really worked on this over the past few months. It’s not just about doing the right things and eating the right things but it’s also a mindset," she continued.

She added, "I am trying to do less with the people I love so they have a chance to fill in the void and step up for me. I suffer from a massive case of “over functioning”— and in the process I lose myself. So here’s to “under-functioning” and putting Mika first!!!”"
