The Burial's official trailer is here, offering more fodder for anyone who loves David vs. Goliath legal dramas.

Based on a true story, the film follows funeral home owner Jerry O'Keefe (Tommy Lee Jones), who hires flashy attorney Willie E. Gary (Jamie Foxx) to sue a much larger funeral company over a contractual dispute. However, the legal case isn't the only conflict that they must contend with, as their different outlooks and personalities clash.

The Burial arrives in theatres Oct. 6, and on Prime Video Oct. 13.
