The New York Jets signed plenty of former Green Bay Packers players, but that didn't stop them from adding someone to their defense.

The New York Jets' big addition of the offseason is quarterback Aaron Rodgers, via a trade with the Green Bay Packers. Rodgers was far from the only Packers player for the Jets to add this offseason. Before trading for Rodgers, they brought in wide receiver Allen Lazard. Well after the Rodgers acquisition, they signed veteran wideout Randall Cobb and offensive lineman Billy Turner.

Just when you thought the Jets were done adding via the Green Bay pipeline, they made yet another move on Tuesday.

According to NFL Network national insider Ian Rapoport, the Jets have signed former Packers safety Adrian Amos to a one-year contract worth up to $4 million.

A former Packer reunites with Rodgers, this time on the defensive side of the line of scrimmage.

Back at the start of the 2019 league year, Green Bay desperately needed help on defense. While they signed linebacker Za'Darius Smith, they also brought in Amos, the former safety from the rival Chicago Bears. In the first three years, Amos was a strong piece to the team's secondary and helped the team make it to the playoffs every season.

This past season, Amos recorded 102 combined tackles (73 solo, 29 assisted), five defended passes, and one interception. In coverage, Amos allowed 35 receptions for 428 yards and three touchdowns on 50 targets, per Pro Football Reference.

The Jet's defense was impressive last season, but that didn't stop them from making further additions, such as safety Chuck Clark and defensive lineman Quinton Jefferson. Now they have Amos, who will pair alongside Clark and Jordan Whitehead on the safety depth chart. Not to mention, he will likely see playing time with cornerbacks Sauce Gardner and D.J. Reed.

Amos is now the latest former Packer turned Jet. The real question is — who's next to reunite Rodgers?
