Bayern Munich midfielder Joshua Kimmich is attracting interest from across Europe as he considers his future at the club.

Bayern Munich midfielder Joshua Kimmich is the subject of growing transfer interest from across Europe as he considers his future at the club, 90min understands.

The 28-year-old midfielder has been an integral part of the setup at Bayern for the vast majority of his eight years in Bavaria but is approaching the final two years of his current contract.

As he heads towards what could be a pivotal summer in his career, sources have confirmed to 90min that intermediares have reached out to a number of Europe's elite clubs to gauge the level of interest in Kimmich.

Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United have all be contacted, while in mainland Europe, conversations have been held with Barcelona, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.

Those eight clubs have all been informed that Kimmich is unsettled and contemplating his options, and most have made it clear that they would be interested in pursuing a deal if the Germany international became available.

As it stands, however, Bayern sources insist there is no desire to part ways with Kimmich whatsoever, with club officials instead keen to hand out a new contract to a player who, across his 345 appearances, has established himself as one of the German side's most important players.

Bayern are aware of the growing interest in Kimmich's services but are currently adamant that they will not sell the midfielder.

Kimmich has lifted seven Bundesliga titles during his time in Munich and is on track for an eight, with Bayern currently leading the table with two games remaining.

Asked whether he expects to lift the trophy in the coming weeks, Kimmich told the Bundesliga website: "I think so. We have it in our own hands. We know that we need two wins. There are still two matches, so we also know that we have to win every game. We have the quality to do it. Nearly everybody is fit now. Of course, we have some long-term injuries, but the team is strong and tough enough to win the games.”
