During the live stream, he disclosed the existence of an 'Attorney General Letter,' which detailed allegations of sexual assault.

Henry Resilient asserted, "The information submitted in Exhibit C relates to a s*xual assault. In Open Records Decision No. 393 (1983), your office concluded generally, only the information that either identifies or tends to identify a victim of s*xual assault or other s*x-related offense may be withheld under common-law privacy."

He further added, "However, because the identifying information was inextricably intertwined with other seasonal information, the governmental body was required to withhold the entire report."

Resilient continued by reading from the letter, which stated that the investigation into xQc had concluded, "The city also asserts the responsive information contained in Exhibit C (except basic information) is exempt from disclosure pursuant to Section 552."

He then said, "108 (a) (2) of the Government Code because it is information and internal records of a law enforcement agency related to a closed criminal investigation that ended in a result other than a conviction or deferred adjudication."

After thoroughly reviewing the details, Henry Resilient concluded his reading of the letter by stating, "Why is no one covering this? Why is no one speaking on this? Why is no one saying this?"

He further said, "You've got the biggest streamer in the god d*mn world being accused or alleged, or whatever you f**king want to put, insinuate it, of SA!”

He added, "Look, this is straight from the police department, which the investigation closed. No conviction. No probation. And, it's just crickets out there."

Internet claims 'false sexual assault' against xQc is 'crazy'

Henry Resilient's Twitch video clip which was shared on Reddit, garnered widespread fan reactions.

One fan said, "It's not even about it not happening. You have to prove they knew it didn't happen." Another fan wrote, "If thats the case, I am surprised they ever get convictions on tons of cases." The third user said, "False SA accusations! Against the biggest streamer is CRAZY."

The fourth user said, "Can't wait for her to start stream, vaguely reference 20 situations without actually explaining a single one of them, repeat x100. I've never seen a shittier drama participant. All the smugness with zero self-awareness." One person wrote, "The nice thing for her is that you can blame the system for getting it wrong rather than admit you were lying about it. It's a never ending gaslighting cycle."
