GREAT ABACO, BAHAMAS: Kim Kardashian is reportedly on the hunt for a new vacation home in Tom Brady’s exclusive Bahamian neighborhood amid rumors of a new romance between these two celebrity singles. The 42-year-old reality TV sensation even sought advice from the former football star, 45, before touring the property at Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club, an exclusive members-only residential community.
“Kim and Tom are friendly. She phoned him and asked him for his advice on Baker’s Bay,” a source told Page Six. The SKIMS founder flew to the Bahamas this weekend when she was spotted being driven around the resort in a golf cart. However, Brady was not at the club at that time, and the golf cart Kim was seen riding did not belong to him, the outlet confirmed. A number of celebrities including Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez, Michael Jordan, Justin Timberlake, and Reese Witherspoon also own a home in the affluent Bahamian neighborhood.

Tom Brady and Kim Kardashian 'not dating'
According to a second insider, Kardashian is "very familiar" with the neighborhood and has visited it several times in the past. “She’s been eyeing property there for quite some time,” the tipster dished. The outlet also confirmed that there is currently “no romance” between Brady and Kim. "They have friends and business partners in common, but not dating. Kim is very focused on her kids, her businesses, law school, and preparing for American Horror Story which starts production next month," the insider shared, according to Daily Mail.
These claims came just a few days after it was revealed that Brady and Kim apparently went out for a dinner date. “Tom set her up with a few places to look at and she came over [and] they did dinner. She's known him for a few years, not close or anything much but through her previous ex Reggie [Bush], but this year they have started to chat,” an insider told the Sun. The pair first got in touch after Kim’s ex-husband Kanye West mentioned Brady in one of his outbursts, which resulted in Kardashian apologizing to him. “The [Instagram] chats started from there - then they moved to phone chatting... she’s saying just friends but there is a spark,” the tipster dished further.

However, this is not the first time when Kardashian, who’s been single since splitting with Pete Davidson last August, has been linked to professional athletes. Previously, the mother of four had a long-term romance with former NFL running back Reggie Bush and a 72-day marriage with ex-basketball star Kris Humphries in 2011. She was also linked to footballer Miles Austin and football star Cristiano Ronaldo in the past. Last year, Kim finalized her divorce from Kanye West after being married for six years. The former couple currently shares joint custody of their four children, North, 9; Saint, 6; Chicago, 4. And Psalm 3. The couple had tied the knot on May 14, 2014.
Talking about Brady, he was recently at the center of reports claiming that he had gone on a few dates with freshly single Reese Witherspoon, but the actress's team quickly debunked those claims. The twice-retired NFL pro was previously married to Gisele Bundchen, with whom he shared daughter Vivian, 10, and son Benjamin, 13. He also has a 15-year-old son Jack with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynihan.
