The second round of the NHL Playoffs hasn't been as profitable to bet on for me as the first round did, but we have a chance to finish on a high note in tonight's Game 7 between the Dallas Stars and Seattle Kraken.
After betting on every single game so far in the NHL postseason, I'm sitting at 40-31-1 for +8.54 units. Let's get another win tonight.

The Stars have largely dominated this series and I'm shocked it's gone to seven games. When it comes to expected goals, the Stars have the advantage of 3.39 per 60 minutes, compared to the Kraken at just 2.37.
The Stars are also averaging 4.67 more high-danger scoring chances per 60 minutes than the Kraken.
The only reason this has gone seven games has been subpar play by Jake Oettinger. Has has a save percentage in this series of just .857, but that's not what we've come to expect from him. He has a .926 save percentage in the playoffs throughout his career and a .919 save percentage in the 2022-23 regular season.
It's time for Oettinger to step up and play as well as he normally can and does. If he's able to do that, the Stars are going to win with margin tonight.
