Trump's primary residence was determined to be between $18M and $27.6M, a valuation that Trump disputes

MANHATTAN, NEW YORK CITY: Seth Meyers can't keep it calm over accusations against Donald Trump that his company significantly inflated the value of his assets, essentially constructing a "fantasy world" on the financial statements provided to banks and other entities.

As per AP News, judicial ruling state that Donald Trump engaged in fraudulent activities during the construction of his real estate empire nd which has the potential to significantly tarnish the former president's image as a business titan.

Trump's 'Barbie nightmare house'

Meyers began, "He chose to show up so he could say ridiculous bull [bleep], like when he claimed the judge in the case undervalued his Florida residence, Mar-a-Lago".

In the video, Trump was seen saying, “He's been given this information...It's now been proven to be false, such as Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, being worth $18 million when in fact it's much closer to $1.5 billion".

Thereafter Meyers continued, “No one believes your chintzy Florida swamp hotel is worth more than the global box office for 'Barbie'."

“Your [bleep] Barbie nightmare house. This place? The hotel that looks like the [bleep] castle you put in a goldfish bowl so he has something to look at while he eats? This thing looks like the first house you buy when you get drafted by the Miami Heat".

"Remember that photo from the federal indictment on all those boxes of classified documents in his bathroom?"

"That doesn't look like a $1 billion property. That looks like something you'd see on 'Hoarders'".

Meyers then presented an image of boxes of classified documents, reacting, "Oh, God. Oh, it stinks in here!” and then imitating Trump's voice, said, "Well, the toilet doesn't flush, so I've been using the boxes. Don't open them up. It's classified."

'A disgrace to our nation'

In an unusual development, a judge has already ruled that Trump properties were valued lower than what the former president and from what his company claimed.

As per BBC, this ruling, part of a summary judgment last week, prompted Trump to express his discontent, stating, "What he did - undervaluing these properties - is a disgrace to our nation."

However, it's essential to note that it wasn't Judge Engoron who determined these valuations. The figures cited in the ruling came from official assessors.

For instance, the appraisal of Mar-a-Lago, Trump's Florida resort, was conducted by the Palm Beach County assessor, not the judge.

The assessed market value of Trump's primary residence was determined to be between $18 million and $27.6 million, a valuation that Trump disputes, claiming it is likely 50 to 100 times more.
