Slaton's picture of the urn placed on a table in her home was posted alongside their wedding picture.
"The sunset was our thing. We would sit outside all afternoon until the sunset in this picture on Caleb’s urn," she wrote.
The post featured the acoustic version of Slander and Dylan Mathew's song 'Love Is Gone.' Slaton also shared a picture of a butterfly released at Willingham's memorial service.
"Even though I’m not in love with him, I will always love him and I miss him every day. Things will get better," she wrote.
Tammy Slaton said her late husband Caleb Willingham was her best friend
While Slaton attended the memorial service for Willingham in Ohio in late July, she was surrounded by her loved ones.
Following his death, Slaton had kept a low profile on social media. However, she had previously posted a bittersweet message shortly after the news broke.
"Even tho we don’t talk everyday. Just because you live far away. You’re on my mind til each days end. I’m proud to say you are my friend," read the post which was presumably about her late husband.
The reality TV star and Willingham were reportedly estranged at the time of his death. "He was my best friend and I loved him dearly," Slaton told People at the time of his death.
"When I met Caleb he became my guardian angel and now he really is watching over me. Our families appreciate everyone’s sympathy and ask that you respect our privacy at this time," she added.
Addressing Willingham's death, Slaton took to Instagram to pay tribute to him. "Rip sweet angel you will forever be missed and loved so much thank you Caleb for showing me real love and happiness," read her post.
How did Tammy Slaton and Caleb Willingham meet?
In 2022, the television personality and Willingham met at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Centre in Gibsonburg, Ohio and a month later, he proposed to her.
The pair tied the knot in November. At the time, Slaton said, "You all knew me as Tammy Slaton, but now you'll all know me as Mrs. Tammy Willingham. I'm married now!."
The couple decided to marry at the rehab center and the small celebration officiated by their home care nurse and close pal, Billy was attended by just their friends and family members.
