Arizona lawmakers set to introduce the 'Taylor Swift Act'
Swift is not only inspiring courses in some of the top universities but also prompting lawmakers to pass a bill in her name like the 'Taylor Swift Act' by Arizona officials David Cook and Analise Ortiz.
The bill, which is still in the pre-filing phase, is being introduced to stop resellers from increasing prices of concert tickets. "It really is making sure that they cannot purchase above the posted ticket limit, and if they do that it gives the attorney general the authority to investigate them and eventually bring a civil penalty against them," Rep Ortiz mentioned.
