TCL, the official TV partner of the NFL since the playoffs in 2023, wants to ensure that no football fans endure yet another season of dark and blurry daytime games. The 55-inch TCL Q5 Series is your chance to score a 55-inch QLED for just $329.99. That's a savings of $120 and an even further price drop from the $349.99 sale price we saw on this TV last week. To put its status as a steal into perspective, consider that the 55-inch version of Amazon's in-house QLED goes for $439.99 on sale, or that the 55-inch version of Amazon's most affordable and non-QLED TV is still more expensive at $379.99.

If you don't have cable, turn your savings into a streaming hack by putting the remaining cash toward a subscription to fuboTV (clutch for college football fans) or Youtube TV (clutch for NFL fans).

A Best Buy, TCL's Q5 Series recently became available and knocked the Q6 Series out of its spot as the brand's most affordable QLED. The Q5 retains most of same specs as the Q6 including HDR PRO+ with Dolby Vision (a rarity in TVs this far down the price spectrum), Motion Rate 240 motion smoothing technology, three HDMI ports, and built-in Google Assistant.

The utilization of quantum dots — an extra layer of nanoparticles between the screen and direct backlighting — is what really makes the content pop. This is the brightness necessary for comfortable sports watching in the daytime — and brightness that a regular LED TV just can't compete with.
