White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson let loose a wave of indecipherable tweets that seemed to reference his bout with Guardians third baseman Jose Ramirez.

What is going on with Tim Anderson?

The White Sox shortstop got into a fight with Jose Ramirez of the Guardians on Saturday night, throwing haymakers and getting clocked himself in the process.

Then on Sunday, Anderson jumped on Twitter and started tweeting things like…

"he got off me we ain't tripping bout that.. this shit bigger … we'll catch up with em later"

"you know all this happening for a reason…"

"keep kicking on me while I'm down.."

"alotta mf been switching up too.. #fakes—"

"and who the f— gave losers opinions.."

"hope you picking up what I'm putting down too.."

Tim Anderson tweets after Jose Ramirez bout made little sense

What any of that means, I don't know. It sounds like Anderson is tweeting through some things, which is just never a good idea. Always think before you tweet, folks. A string of a dozen one-line tweets says a lot, even when the actual tweets are basically unintelligible.

It was enough of an L when Anderson deleted fitting old tweets that people found after the fight. He's only digging that hole deeper with all this.

This whole thing kicked off in the fifth inning of Saturday's game between the White Sox and Guardians. Ramirez slid into second base on a double and Anderson hit him when he tried to tag. They exchanged words and then squared up. Anderson threw the first punch but Ramirez got the best contact, knocking the shortstop down with a swipe to the side of the face.

There were six ejections in total as the benches cleared and players had to be pulled away from each other.

Now Anderson and Ramirez are both facing suspensions. MLB will announce the determination on length at some point.
