SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA: Ben Affleck once again kicked up a storm of rumors after he was caught on camera slamming the car door in his wife Jennifer Lopez’s face. The ‘Justice league’ actor, 50, and the multi-hyphenate superstar, 53, were spotted looking stressed when they were out for a casual coffee run in Santa Monica, wearing matching outfits.
During the outing, Lopez modeled an all-black outfit featuring a long-sleeved black turtleneck top that showed off her fit form. She went belt-free in a pair of high-waisted, acid-washed, light blue denim jeans. The actress wore her hair pulled up into a topknot and also had on latte beige studded platform heels. She accessorized her look with oversized gray ombre sunglasses and an oversized Christian Dior purse. Her Oscar-winning husband wore a more casual ensemble that included a black button-down jacket paired with a black hoodie. Affleck completed his look with a pair of dark blue denim jeans and lace-up Nike sneakers.

'Ben Affleck looks miserable'
The couple, who wed in August 2022 in Georgia, initially appeared pretty lovey-dovey but things quickly changed as they walked back to their car. In a video of the skirmish, the two were seen getting in their car before Affleck politely opened the door for his wife. But as JLo sat in the car, Affleck rudely slammed the door in her face, as per KoiMoi. The video soon garnered immense social media attention, with users speculating on what had made Affleck so angry.
“His reaction to the camera at the end says it all. Irritated. 'It brings tears to my eyes'
This incident came just a week after Lopez gushed over Affleck, saying that watching him raise their children brought tears to her eyes. "He's an amazing dad. It brings tears to my eyes. He is honestly the best dad I've ever seen. He's so involved, he teaches me about how to interact with the kids sometimes," she said while making a guest appearance on The View. Jennifer called Ben the type of father anybody would ask for - a "present, loving dad who cares."
"He's just so in tune, he's such a brilliant guy anyway like he's so learned in so many things, and you can just tell when he's had his kids, he read every book and everything you could possibly learn about children, and he applies it and is present and that's all you can ask for, is a present, loving dad who cares and who shows up every single day, and that's who he is," said the ‘Maid in Manhattan’ star. With his three children Violet, 17, Seraphina, 14, and Samuel, 11, Affleck has also become a father to Lopez’s 15-year-old twins Emme and Max.
