'He is going hard'

Sammit is one of the several foreigners residing in Japan who have taken to generating video on the streets of the far-eastern country, recording its sights and sounds for viewers. IRL streaming on the streets of Tokyo has become quite popular among content makers. There have been several instances where IRL streamers unintentionally captured objectionable things on camera, despite the fact that their main goal is to showcase Japanese culture.

Sammit was wandering the streets and photographing the beauty of Japan on his most recent stream when he stumbled across one such nefarious event. He noted how a man kept approaching a random woman who appeared to have no interest in him. After witnessing the stalker hound the woman repeatedly, Sammit said, "Wow, look at this guy trying to retrieve women from the streets, what a s***bag. Oh, now he is begging her. Now he's begging her. Look at him. Look at this guy. He is going hard." Here you can watch the live stream from Twitch.

Sam made the decision to intervene and made an effort to engage the alleged stalker in conversation in his limited Japanese, which helped the woman escape his grasp. At first, the man didn't seem to pay attention to the Twitch streamer, but finally, he left the woman alone after getting agitated when he was approached by him. According to his bio, the streamer is not very good at Japanese.

'Sammit is a Good Dude'

The streamer’s fans and other users started to praise and comment on the chat! A Reddit user praised Sammit for the instant reaction to save the woman, “Nice way to get him away, I was wondering what I would even do in that situation myself, good to remember. These Nanpa guys are like Japan's version of red pillers, but I get the impression they actually go after women a lot more than in the West. Maybe because Japanese women are brought up to be a lot less confrontational, so these Nanpa's take that as a green light to keep doing it” #HOBOWITHSHOTGUN Another Reddit user wrote, “Sammit is a good dude” #DEPRESSINGTHOUGHTS
