NBC's 'AGT' Season 18 contestant Lambros Garcia cries after his audition

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'America's Got Talent' Season 18 Episode 2 has hit the screen with the most stunning opening performance. Lambros Garcia took up the stage to stun the judges with his crispy moves. Lambros claimed that his dancing career started after his mother put him in a karate class. There was a dancing studio just beside it, and he used to groove to the music by listening it through the thin walls.

Wearing a shimmery green jacket, Lambros made use of the entire stage as he showed his flexible grooves to the judges. The 10-year-old then spoke about being bullied at the school as he cried after his performance. Even though Lambros won the judges' hearts, it seems he failed to do win the fans.

Lambros Garcia cried his heart out in 'AGT' Season 18's audition round

After the energetic performance, Lambros cried his heart out. When asked by Heidi Klum why is he crying, Lambros recalled being bullied at school. Lambros claimed, "This solo really meant a lot to me." This made the judges go in awe. Howie Mandel remarked, "You danced with such joy, with such precision, you gotta be strong you gotta be an athlete, you gotta be amazing. And, performing the way you just did is an ultimate "nay-na-na-nay-na"." Howie cheered up the 10-year-old. Lambros got a Yes from all the judges. Sofia Vergara took Lambros' side saying, "They bully you because they envy you. They can't do what you can do. They are afraid of you." Simon Cowell praised the little dancer for having a natural presence for dancing skills. Lambros got a solid "thousand yeses."

'Feels like a school talent show'

even though 'AGT judges were impressed by Lambros' performance, the fans seem not to be moved much by it. One tweeted, "This kid is fine, but when a j kid does stuff like this, it always feels like a school talent show #AGT." Another claimed, "This is exactly the type of act that doesn't go far on this show. Solo dancer that doesn't do anything new or unique. If you are gonna dance by yourself you need to be out there (Kenichi, Kristy Sellars, etc.) Next. #AGT." "I'm already annoyed by this kid," wrote another. Another believed that Lambros had no future in the show. "Cute kid, who clearly enjoys dancing. I would say he's not quite ready for a vegas show," tweeted the fan.

'AGT' Season 18 releases new episodes every Tuesday at 8 pm ET on NBC.
