AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND: Controversial social media personality Andrew Tate had been detained in Romania with his brother for the charges of rape, human trafficking and organized crime. UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya reacted to their case on social media with a hilarious meme questioning the legitimacy of Tate's arrest.

Adesanya is a Nigerian-born professional MMA fighter from New Zealand, as well as a former kickboxer and boxer. He's known as "The Last Stylebender." Adesanya seems to be a fan of Tate as he He spoke about the influencer on the 'Honey Badger Hour' podcast a few months ago. Adesanya heaped praises on Tate, saying that he, along with Jordan Peterson and David Goggins, was inspiring men to learn accountability in a world that seeks to weaken them, "Jordan [Peterson], Andrew [Tate], Dave Goggins, guys like that, they are the ones who are really pushing men to be accountable as men. You know, the world right now is trying to soften us," he said.
