Riot Games releases Valorant patches biweekly, which helps keep the game balanced and exciting to play on a regular basis.
Valorant released Patch 6.01 a little more than a week ago, but Riot Games ran into some issues that delayed the timing for Patch 6.02. Following their regular schedule, Patch 6.02 should have released early next week around Jan. 31. Due to the delay, players are wondering when much anticipated updates will be available.
Valorant Patch 6.02 Release Date Confirmed
The new Valorant patch will become playable on Feb. 7, which is less than two weeks away. The patch release delay has been frustrating for many players within the community, but Riot is attempting to get back on time for Patch 6.03.
Riot has announced that Patch 6.03 is on schedule to release one week after the release of Patch 6.02, which would put them back on track for their biweekly schedule that was just reset at the beginning of the year.
Although the new patch is still relatively far away, players can continue to try out the new gun skins that have been implemented this year. The Araxys skin line was introduced on Jan. 10, and the Luna skins were available yesterday to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
