NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Hilaria Baldwin is being mercilessly mocked for her "pelvic floor" workout video she posted on her Instagram. The wife of Alec Baldwin has come under fire online as her motions during the workout are being compared to those of a "horny teenager."
Hilaria claimed that she was having "lower back stuff" after giving birth to Ilaria, the seventh child she had with Alec, and that she had decided to carry out the exercise to strengthen her core. She wrote, "True strength is not often visible and this is why we need to go inside with our awareness and feeling." The 39-year-old socialite continued by saying that she is posting the video as it has been a while since she last did so and that people she meets on the street would often ask about it. Little did she know how easily the video could stir up online satire.

'Keep roasting this woman!!!'
Hilaria only allowed a few comments on her post, but Australian comedian Celeste Barber recreated the poses in a video that she posted on her Instagram, giving admirers an opportunity to make fun of the poses shared by Hilaria.
Barber, 41, added her own interpretation of Hilaria's workout video by comparing the move to one that "horny teenagers" would perform. The comedian was praised by viewers for precisely capturing the weirdness that was included in Hilaria's video.
One person wrote, "This original video is weird as fuck. What on earth," while another added, "When I saw the original the other day I thought 'I wish Celeste would remake this' and what do you know here I am manifesting reality!"
A third person wrote, "That workout deserves a parody because it doesn't even look effective smh." Another comment read, "Celeste, congratulations, now you're pregnant with 12 baldwinitos!" One individual added, "Keep roasting this woman!!!" while another commented, "Literally threw my phone. My new favorite. You are so spot on. Hilaria is truly hilarious!!!"
When did Hilaria Baldwin last post a workout video?
Hilaria last posted a workout video on December 6, 2022, and it was her first yoga session at her studio. She wrote, "Practicing now to prepare for you guys …I'm a little rusty," as she shared a video of her doing calf raises, leg raises, and downward dog.
Hilaria had not been sharing her workout videos for a while, and she listed a bunch of reasons for this in her caption. "I'd say it was a mix of having so many babies, COVID situation, life…and I’ve been focusing my yoga on a few yoga teaching projects that are very meaningful," she wrote.
