After giving birth to three children, Mary was left with a dismal 'fupa' prompting her to seek a mommy makeover in Mexico

BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Mary from Shepherd, Texas, was anxious for a mommy makeover after having three children.

However, her breast lift and tummy tuck which she did in Mexico quickly became infected, leaving her disfigured and missing her nipples and breast tissue.

Dr Terry Dubrow at 'Botched' provided her with a suitable breast lift and implants. He also eliminated the damaged tissue on her stomach and tightened her belly.

She also decided to get fake nipples to restore her natural looks. In a procedure, she also 3D nipples tattooed on her skin, months after Dr Dubrow's surgery.

Mary was in pain but thrilled about the big reveal at her first-day check-in with the doctors. Dr Paul Nassif was satisfied with Dr Dubrow's work on the tummy tuck after taking a closer look.

Mary was really pleased with the outcome. Dr Dubrow still wanted to monitor her progress.

Four months after the surgery, Mary looked happy. She felt super sexy and loved herself. She felt more like a woman, felt more feminine.

Furthermore, she started wearing two pieces again. She was excited to have 'normal-looking' breasts and her nipples looked real. Furthermore, the scar was gone too.

Who is Mary on 'Botched' Season 8?

Prior to seeing the 'Botched' doctors, Mary had breast augmentation, breast lift, and one tummy tuck done in Mexico.

After giving birth to three children, Mary was left with a dismal 'fupa' prompting her to seek a "mommy makeover."

The next day after her initial surgery in Mexico, she noticed her nipples were turning black. She had to have an emergency surgery to have them removed.

She was in tears once she awoke. Her lack of nipples left her feeling "sad, depressed, and less of a woman."

Mary even woke up during the procedure and could hear music before being sedated again. Her nipples were already dark the next day.

The Mexican doctor advised her to consume more protein and pineapple.

Mary remained in Mexico for around 4–5 days before returning to Houston.

Within two weeks, the incision in her belly began to open, necessitating the application of duct tape at one point. It was gushing with blood.

The next day, she underwent emergency surgery again to remove the dead tissue as well as the implants. She was in tears when she woke up from surgery after losing her breasts and nipples. She also had a massive hole in her stomach.

What happened to Mary on 'Botched' Season 8?

Dr Dubrow first examined Mary's soft tissue thickness in her chest region during her appointment. However, she did had some breast tissue. But, in order to give Mary her natural silhouette, Dr Dubrow had to give her another breast implant.

Her skin, however, was very stretched, which caused a problem. She also had a lot of lax tissue on the side, which detracted from the overall appearance of the chest.

Dr Dubrow found Mary's skin was considerably stretched out owing to her past weight reduction, which increased the risk of surgery.

Dr Dubrow began Mary's operation by creating an incision along her inframammary crease. He then examined the breasts and placed the implants.

He then did a breast lift, tightening the breast envelope and surrounding tissue around her armpits by removing loose skin.

Following that, he performed a horizontal incision across her lower belly, followed by a vertical incision, and removed the superfluous scar and skin.

He eventually pulled the belly button through before closing the incisions, completing the ideal umbilical repair. She received areolar tattoos after she had healed.
