Mike had got a big, round, squishy bump on the back of his head. He noticed the bump ten years ago. The bump was small at the time and it felt almost like just kind of ingrown hair. Mike went to urgent care and then they referred Mike to go to my primary care physician. However, he didn't get the treatment there as well and the primary care facility referred Mike to a dermatologist. He was later referred to a general surgeon. However, Mike got fed up after he was continuously 'referred' by different doctors and surgeons and decided to just give up.
