'Botched' Season 8 patient Nel Peralta believes her body is 'a work of art' but the scas from a previous surgery 'need to be gone'

BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Nel Peralta, an influencer who feels her body is a surgically shaped work of art, despises the scars on her breasts. She eventually contacted 'Botched' Drs Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow in the hopes of finding a lasting solution to her serious problem, but walked out of the chambers with a beautiful insight.

Nel highlighted how important Drs Nassif and Dubrow's opinions are to her; thus, she will not touch the scars. She still enjoys cosmetic surgery. She will never give up. However, Nel's perspective on plastic surgery has shifted slightly as a result of her 'Botched' appearance.

Who is Nel Peralta on 'Botched' Season 8?

Nel rose to prominence as a waiter and hostess at some of Miami's most prestigious nightclubs. She made thousands of dollars every week in these positions, and when the Coronavirus pandemic struck, she chose to invest in herself by earning an MBA with a specialty in Finance.

As a successful businesswoman and model, Nel works as a brand ambassador for brands, is an online content developer, and is now developing her clothing line. In 2022, she collaborated with her father to purchase a 300,000-square-foot plot of land.

Nel divides her time between Atlanta and Miami depending on the projects she is working on, and she enjoys a lavish lifestyle in both cities. Nel told Truly in 2022, “I’m the CEO of me. I’m the brand.” She reportedly earned $2 million each year as a glamour waitress.

Nel introduced herself to the E! cameras, highlighting the fact that she and "natural" do not get along. Her waist is 25 inches. Her breasts are around 42 inches, and her butt is at 300.

She told her friend Toya that she was thinking of getting more lipo, which was definitely not welcomed by her friend.

Nel continued in her confessional about how she is obsessed with her body, stating that she wanders around her house naked merely to stroll past the mirror and say to herself, "Damn, b***h."

Plastic surgery, according to Nel, is a blessing.

Nel believes that when a surgeon touches her, he is producing art. "I feel like God just gave him the intelligence. Like, here, just make women just Barbies."

When Nel looks at herself, she believes she is a work of art. She has undergone ten surgeries in eight different countries, totaling more than $100,000.

Nel underwent four rounds of breast augmentation, three BBLs, and liposuction across her body, her back, from her chin to her arms to her stomach.

She received lip augmentations as well. Nel also underwent rhinoplasty surgery, botox, and veneers. She currently has 1,000 CCS which she got just before 'Botched' filming.

Nel was proud of her recent boob job, but not the scars that came along with it. She recalled to the E! cameras, "This one surgeon, he just, like, messed me up one time. So for me, like, these scars, they need to be gone."

She continued, "I didn't know what he did, but it's definitely not a work of art. God did not tell him to do that."

What happened to Nel Peralta on 'Botched' Season 8?

Nel disclosed during her appointment with Drs Dubrow and Nassif that the first thing she got was lipo, which delighted her extremely. Her love handles were also gone as a result of this. Everything was gone, including the fat on her sides and the pouch at the front. This inspired her to do it again.

She then wanted to do her boobs. She started with 550 or 600 cc. Furthermore, she had huge boobs and no butt. This brought her to the Dominican Republic because her parents are from there, and she had seen positive outcomes there.

Her waist shrank much more once she returned to Miami. Nel began receiving a lot of phone calls to do music videos.

After a few years, the boobs began to droop on their own. She got those scars after going to a plastic surgeon to get them reduced and lifted. She then chose scar revision. Then, she received 1000 CCs.

Even though the scar became thinner, she wanted it entirely removed since she claimed to be a perfectionist; nonetheless, her buddy advised her not to undergo any further surgery.

During Nel's examination, Dr Dubrow observed that her breasts are supple and free of capsular contracture, despite being a 1000 CCS. The length was acceptable, and the areola location was nice. The symmetry, he noted, was somewhat optimized. The scars have been strategically placed.

Dr Dubrow adds that, while Nel's scars are apparent, they are idealized.

Nel stated she didn't want any scars, but once you put a scar on someone unless it's perfectly buried in a wrinkle, it's always visible 100% of the time.

"When you're botched, doesn't mean the doctor necessarily botched you. It means your body just healed in an unfavorable way."

Dr Dubrow hoped that not only Nel would learn about the importance of visible scars, but that she would utilize her platform to reach out to millions of followers and share the same message.

Nel said she has been using cocoa butter and creams and very slowly noticing changes in the scars.

How to book an appointment with 'Botched' Drs Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif?

You may schedule a consultation with Dr Nassif right now without having to go on E! Dr Nassif's website has a useful contact page with a form to fill out for people interested in treatments.

You must mention the surgery you want to inquire about and which doctor. It's also suggested that you "fast track" your way in by speaking with someone other than Dr Nassif, implying that he's in high demand.

Dr Nassif is said to have hand-picked and trained these colleagues, so no matter which surgeon you visit, you'll be in good hands. After the consultation, the doctor will meet with you for a pre-operative visit to go over everything further.

If you want to work with Dr Dubrow, you should first schedule a consultation. Fill out a form online or contact the office at 949-515-4111 to get started.

According to an email from his office, you'll pay when you book your appointment, and the consultation charge isn't applied to any future operations, per Showbiz Cheat Sheet.

While Dr Dubrow does not do phone consultations, he is available for in-person appointments on Mondays and Fridays. You'll probably have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for your consultation, and procedures are usually planned 4 to 6 weeks after that.
