LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In an unfortunate twist of events, during Season 24 of 'The Voice,' the entire performance of contestant CORii was not showcased. Instead, NBC opted to create a combined video featuring both CORii and Crystal Nicole's Blind Audition round.
However, fans were quick to call out the streaming platform for "montaging" singers. Well, some noticed that these edits were done only to singers from coach Reba McEntire's team.
On The Voice's official YouTube account, one fan slammed the show, writing, "Who chose these MONTAGES WHAT?!!! The only girl in the world audition whatttt. So unfair we need the full auditions."
Another wondered "why they're only montaging people from team Reba? That sucks." To this, another replied, "That's because they're trying to make sure Reba won't come back."
A fan claimed, "I really hate these montages. And everyone else hates them too." Another wrote, "Why do they montage contestants who make the show. Shouldn’t they be montaging people who didn’t make the cut."
Well, that brings us to the question of who singer CORii is.
CORii, who "likes to sing high and write music" is married to Andy MacBride and shares a son together.

CORii has already appeared in singing reality competition shows. CORii performed the original version of 'What If' in 'Songland' Season 2, as per NBC.
In 'The Voice' we saw the singer singing 'Scared to Be Lonely' by Dutch DJ Martin Garrix.

Except for Reba McEntire, none of the other coaches turned their chairs around for CORii. As she chose CORii to have on her team, she said, "I am thrilled to have you and I will help you out any way I can."
CORii and her husband were then served by Reba on the stage. Niall Horan claimed about Reba, "Reba has a superpower and it's discovering special talent."
He added about Reba, "Her heart and soul is just very in tune with some great artists that are gonna surprise us down the line."
'The Voice' Season 24 airs every Monday and Tuesday on NBC at 8 pm ET.
