Escaped Missouri inmate captured in Missouri

Meaww previously reported that Mario Che-Tiul, an inmate who managed to escape from a Missouri jail a few months ago along with other prisoners, has been captured by the US Marshals in the same county - Chester County, on Thursday, September 21.

The authorities informed that the accused was taken into custody after they gathered data that Che-Tiul might be at the residence and surrounded by an apartment in the unit block of Gap Newport Pike in Avondale.

Che-Tiul was in the Barry County Jail in Missouri when he escaped in June. Meanwhile, the other prisoners were captured, however, Che-Tiul hadn’t been found by the authorities until now.

The US Marshals received suggestive information that Che-Tiul may be in the Philadelphia or New Jersey area. He found some work as a laborer and maintained a low profile, reports CBS News.

"We proceeded to the address it was a large residence there were a lot of rooms filled with laborers from the county. We were able to talk to some of them and narrow down which room Che-Tiul was living in," said Robert Clark, of the US Marshals.
