LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Iliana Fischer, a struggling singer has accused model and TV personality Blac Chyna of practicing "witchcraft" to make her homeless and penniless in a legal battle.

Fischer bizarrely believes that Chyna "put her under a witchcraft spell." Fischer and Chyna are stuck in a copyright lawsuit where the former has accused Chyna of copying her lyrics.

According to the lawsuit filed in early 2023, Fischer claimed that Chyna had copied the chorus of her song 'Hate Me Too' without permission.

Who is Iliana Fischer?

Fischer, a former Playboy model, has also worked as a stripper and actress before launching her singing career.

On October 11, 2018, she released her song 'Hate Me Too' on Soundcloud. The song also featured rapper Jordan Lee.

She signed a Sony distribution deal for her album 'Fuego', including the song 'Hate Me Too' in 2020.

The hook of the song "If I were you, I would hate you too" was repeated four times.

However, after six months, Fischer learned through a mutual friend that Chyna's single 'Doom' contained similar lyrics, "If I was you, I'd hate me too."

She first filed the lawsuit in May 2021 with the Los Angeles Superior Court.

The court dismissed the case in September 2022, asking to bring it into a federal courthouse as copyright infringement falls under federal legal crime.

Refiling the case in a federal courthouse in November 2022, Fischer failed to find the copyright registration of the song,

In June, a Central District of California Court ruled against Fischer's plea as she missed the deadline to oppose Chyna's plea.

Why did Iliana Fischer accuse Blac Chyna of 'witchcraft'?

The events followed by the copyright dispute made Fischer accuse Chyna of practicing "witchcraft".

Fischer, who considers herself an active Christian, got evicted from her Los Angeles rental home with her daughter, and the court dismissed her lawsuit. She also found out about a seven-inch tumor on her right ovary.

"This year has been pretty rough. I'm a Christian, and both my pastor and I are fighting really hard because it appears that I have been spiritually attacked, along with my daughter, since January 2023, which is when the lawsuit started really gaining momentum," Fischer said in an exclusive interview with The US Sun.

After alleging Chyna was "involved in some religious cult or Illuminati," Fischer said, "I have not experienced these kinds of weird things, one catastrophe after another - homelessness, illness, and, it's certainly clear, there's a spiritual attack and I believe it's coming from that woman."

"I've been having nightmares, which is a symptom of a spiritual attack that involves reptiles and snakes," Fisher alleged

"Celebrities keep stealing from those who are struggling and actually have the creativity," continued Fischer.

"She [Chyna] has displayed no talent, other than ruthlessness, but is living in a $ 4 million house and I'm suffering homelessness. Something is askew," Fischer said.

Fischer told The US Sun that she is in poverty and has no place to live.

Chyna was baptized as a born-again Christian in May 2022 and has not yet responded to the filings.
