JEFFERSONVILLE, KENTUCKY: Lisa Tesch, a 51-year-old woman, is allegedly on the run after killing her 18-month-old granddaughter, Eleanor Campbell, in an apparent hit-and-run accident last week. Police officers in Kentucky are currently searching for the woman and have warned the community to look out for a white Chevrolet with the Kentucky license plate A9Z280, as per WLKY.

The grandmother reportedly ran over Campbell with her white Chevrolet Trailblazer at Motel 6 on Hospitality Way in Jeffersonville on June 16, as reported by WRTB. The publication also mentioned that Tesch was seen fleeing the scene on surveillance video before her granddaughter was transported to Norton Children’s Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.

Tesch is a 51-year-old woman who has been accused of fatally injuring her toddler granddaughter during a hit-and-run in Jeffersonville, Kentucky on June 16. She reportedly fled the scene after the incident and has been dubbed as “armed and dangerous” by Kentucky Police Department. The fugitive reportedly holds a criminal record, including past charges of reckless driving, running from police, and drug possession, as per WDRB.

Campbell’s mother, Cheyenne Allen, told WLKY that the toddler ran into the grandmother’s car into the motel parking lot right after her boyfriend opened the door. “I don’t have any clue what to do I’m so f**king lost right now. I never thought I’d feel this pain it’s so unreal I wish I can just restart today all over again f**k life is so f**king unfair,” the grieving mother reportedly wrote on Facebook. Meanwhile, a probable cause affidavit stated that Campbell allegedly ran towards Tesch’s car “out of excitement to see her grandmother.”

Eleanor Campbell GoFundMe collects over $2000

In the wake of the tragic incident, Heather Tomlin launched a GoFundMe fundraiser on behalf of Charles Allen for the funeral of 18-month-old Campbell. “A tragedy has taken the life of our precious little angel Eleanor (Beany). June 16th our precious baby was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver. Our family is devastated by this sudden tragic loss of this baby girl,” the page read. “This heart wrenching time has changed us forever. We come to you with a heavy heart to ask for contributions as we are fundraising to pay for funeral expenses. We would be most grateful for your help in our time of need. Please help give little Beany a funeral! Thank you!” it added. The fundraiser has already managed to collect over $2000 as of Wednesday, June 21.
