MALIBU, CALIFORNIA: Tracy Rolston, the mother of one of the Pepperdine University students killed in a horrific collision in Malibu, revealed that her daughter attended the same prep school as the driver who caused the fatal crash.

On October 17, four Pepperdine University sorority sisters, Niamh Rolston, Asha Weir, Deslyn Williams, and Peyton Stewart were killed by a 22-year-old out-of-control driver named Fraser Bohm.

Were Niamh Rolston and Fraser Bohm friends?

In a tearful interview with Fox News Digital, Tracy mourned the loss of her daughter, a business major in the class of 2024 as she said, "It’s so hard. It’s so hard. It’s every parent’s worst nightmare."

"You have a kid, and you just hope that nothing like this ever happens," she added.

Tracy revealed that her daughter and the driver were classmates at Oaks Christian School in Westlake Village, California. The private school is for students from fourth grade to 12th grade.

At the prep school, Rolston was a cheerleader while Bohm played on the varsity baseball team.

She further added that they likely crossed paths though they were never friends.

What are the charges against Fraser Bohm?

Bohm who caused the fatal collision after he lost control of his BMW while he sped 104 mph down a stretch of the Pacific Coast Highway was charged with four counts of murder.

The 22-year-old also faces vehicular manslaughter charges. On Friday, October 27, his bail was halved to $4 million, and was released from jail a second time.

However, his release from jail is a "very hard" turn in the case for the grieving mother.

"He killed four girls and walked away without a scratch, and now he’s out," said Tracy.

"I know that justice has to go through the process, but it’s very hard," she continued.

Victims died from blunt-force trauma

The four victims who were all seniors and members of the Alpha Phi sorority were pronounced dead at the crash scene.

Rolston, Stewart, Weir, and Williams parked their vehicle down the street and were walking to a party at the Sigma Chi house when Bohm hit a row of parked cars and launched them into the four women.

"He sped so hard that he launched a car into them, and they died from blunt force trauma," said Tracy.

At the time, Bohm who was unharmed, stepped out of the vehicle and a witness tackled him.

He was then taken into custody on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and was again arrested on the murder charges later.

According to Los Angeles County DA George Gascon, Bohm deliberately acted "with conscious disregard for human life."
