Elon Musk declared that he was 'up for a cage fight' with Mark Zuckerberg and the Meta CEO wanted to know where it would take place

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg, two of the most well-known technology billionaires in the world, have agreed to face off in a cage match. Musk declared that he was "up for a cage fight" with Facebook king Zuckerberg in a statement on the social media site Twitter. A screenshot of Musk's tweet with the message "send me location" was subsequently posted by Zuckerberg on his Instagram story.

Interestingly, some users even suggest that UFC commentator Joe Rogan could serve as the referee. If he decides to confirm his participation, Rogan, who has conducted interviews with both CEOs for his podcast 'The Joe Rogan Experience', would undoubtedly boost the event. Let's have a closer look at the matter.

Elon Musk's request to Joe Rogan

Elon Musk could be recruiting Joe Rogan to referee the most awaited fight with Mark Zuckerberg. It all comes after Musk originally replied to a Twitter user saying that he was prepared for a matchup if Zuckerberg would participate. Zuckerberg later replied on his Instagram stories, saying, “Send me location.”

In a later interaction with a verified user on Twitter, named Wall Street Silver, it was suggested that Rogan could join the event as a referee. “Joe Rogan could be referee,” Wall Street Silver wrote.

Musk quickly responded with the fire emoji, indicating his agreement. Since Rogan hosts one of the most popular podcasts, his presence will undoubtedly promote the event. Vegas has been proposed by Musk as a potential site for the fight.

After Musk's reply saying, ''I’m up for a cage match if he is lol", Zuckerberg was forward with his response. Zuckerberg has long been known for embracing a competitive attitude. By replying to Musk's tweet on his Instagram story, he took the challenge head-on. The CEO of Meta posted a screenshot of Musk's combat challenge along with the phrase "Send Me Location" without using many words. The GOAT of the UFC, Khabib Nurmagomedov, popularised this expression in the beginning. This was said by the Russian boxer during a news conference when discussing the contentious Conor McGregor bus incident. The usage of the term by Zuckerberg piqued the interest of the audience. Popular Verge journalist Alex Heath added fuel to the fire by claiming that Zuckerberg is actually interested in engaging in this conflict. Musk was quick to comment, saying that their hypothetical clash might take place at the Vegas Octagon.
