Seth Rollins called Logan Paul a 'hustler' who put in a lot of hard work for the match despite having very little experience

MOLINE, ILLINOIS: Professional wrestler Seth Rollins has had a very successful career in WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment), due to which he first rose to popularity. Seth Rollins' victory over the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in 2015 cemented his status as the organization's leading star.

Seth Rollins discussed his encounter with Logan Paul at WrestleMania 39 and the pressure that was on Rollins in an interview with My Love Letter to Wrestling, which can be accessed through Fightful. He stated that it was expected of him to shoulder the match's burden and make it unforgettable.

‘It’s 100% different’

During the interview, he said, “It’s different. It’s 100% different. Obviously, there’s a lot more pressure on me to carry the weight of a match, carry the burden of a huge WrestleMania match where you’ve got someone like Logan Paul, who brings so many eyes that normally don’t pay any attention to our industry and put a huge spotlight on our industry at the biggest event of the year. So there’s a lot of pressure on you.”

He continued to explain, “The company is basically saying, ‘Here, we trust you to handle this and do this well.’ Then you’re in there with a guy who has very little experience. But I’ll say this about Logan. Say what you will about his personality and how he conducts himself outside of the ring and his different exploits and all that, I don’t pretend to comment or know about all that stuff.”

He further said about Logan, “He is a hard-working cat, he is a hustler, and I don’t think you get to his level of success just kind of phoning it in. He’s a hustler, he did everything that he needed to do to get himself as ready as someone in his position could be for a match like that, and I think you saw the end result. It’s on par with any of the other WrestleMania matches that I’ve ever had. That’s a testament to me and how fantastic I am, but also it’s a testament to him and how much hard work he put in, and got himself in the absolute best possible position to succeed. So it was a great time, and I’d love to do it again.”

Will Logan Paul return to WWE?

Paul discussed his WWE comeback on an episode of his Impaulsive podcast. “I am so hungry to get back in there, dude. I am so hungry to get back in there, and I just got cable– I just got cable down here in Puerto Rico and I've been watching Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown and the big events,” he said. “Night of Champions just happened– as a fan and for the first time, I'm watching the consumer angle.”

Even though Paul has only participated in a small number of bouts since making his in-ring debut at WrestleMania 38, his innate athleticism has allowed him to quickly win over fans and become a significant figure in WWE. He has not returned since his loss against Seth Rollins in WrestleMania 39.

Paul has generated considerable hype over the past month over his prospective participation in the men's Money in the Bank ladder match in London on July 1. However, WWE has not made any indication that he will be involved in the contest.
